Hi all, I just thought I'd let you know about the amazing F/f overhead lift in the new video at fem wrestling rooms. It's one of the best I've seen, there's no help from the girl being lifted and yet she holds her in a full overhead press for about twenty seconds:thumbup1::thumbup1: Also, she makes it look easy!!
