As shows statistics on my site, almost half of visitors using smartphones or tablets to browsing it.
Now I'am encoding my clips in 1080p resolution with high bitrate, so filesize of 15 minute clip is about 1GB. In my opinion, it's too big for mobile devices, especialy connected via 3g or 4g networks.
So, this poll is about comfortable filesize, do we(producers) need to upload clips in two resolutions: one in maximum res like 1080p and smaller one, like 720p and lower bitrate for mobile devices?
