For those that collect their favourite clips, where do you store them?
I store mine in a Google Drive on a separate e-mail.

Just on a folder on my PC. I back up all the contents of my PC (docs, music, pics, vids, etc) on a mass storage USB device once a month so if I happened to download anything new it goes onto the storage device with the next update.

I don't store L&C content found online on my PC. It's to risky especially when I'm currently living with my future wife and I could be easily "busted".
I used to have few pictures found online but there is nothing compare to pics and clips form my private session with my ex gf.
That content is hidden so deep in my PC, that only I know it exact location.

I use Veracrypt for encyprtion. I have 2 encrypted drives using one as a backup of the other.

I have a fear of getting killed while out riding my bike only to have someone uncover them on my PC a few weeks later. I also setup an Ubuntu server running VirtualBOX (https://www.virtualbox.org/). VirtualBOX runs a window's guest OS where I access them via remote desktop. I never have them stored on my physical PC.

Online storage is quickly becoming the new route for many people. The security you get from it (i.e. don't have to deal with malfunctioning drives and data retrival) is worth the reason alone.

I currently use an old smartphone, but I should really move everything to a google drive or something since having clips on an old slow phone is a pain

I have a mycloud external drive. It connects to your router and can be accessed from a computer on the network. I can also set up access to a mobile device to connect remotely.
It has an app that is used to set up access. It also allows to set up folder access to permitted users. Only the permitted users will see the folders using the app to access it. A user name and password is also required to access the folders.
