My GF can pretty easily give me a shoulder ride and im 113 kgs (250 lbs). I think more girls are into L&C than youd think, especially amazonian/athletic types

I think it definitely adds to a relationship because there is a physical connection and bond between two people when a lifting technique is being performed. It's not easy for the lifter to maintain the hold and the liftee is also required to balance themselves well in order to not completely fall over.

"being into" L&C would mean that they know it's a fetish or are into the fetish. Just randomly lifting someone up because you find it funny or as a workout thing, isn't really what I personally would view as "being into" since they are completely unaware of what L&C actually is.
