My first ever L&C video (and introduction) was a Marika video advertised in a bodybuilding magazine. I'll have to add this one.

Are these wrestling videos only? Do they have significant lift and carry? I think that it might be helpful if you could describe and L/C in the videos at least to a small extent. From going to your site, they look like normal wrestling.
