Many will but understand that customs come with a hefty price tag, usually a minimum of $100 many in the $300-500 range. Please consider this when making requests, the last custom I inquired about was $550 which I didn't bother with as I though it was too much.

Thats correct. A 10-15 minute video like this would cost around $200 plus/minus few percent points depending on the script. See my FAQS for general pricing info.

When adding a second person - keep in mind that women are more expensive to add. In this case since the second person is going to be a male jobber the pricing would be less for the second person than whats mentioned on my web site FAQS.

It's still going to cost you a couple hundred bucks the people producing videos don't pay the talent buy the minute it's by the hour and there would be minimum times involved. I strongly suggest that either you pay what is required or do not ask unless you are willing to commit a minimum of $200.
