Lifts until failure
 

My favourite bit of lift and carry is the lifts that happen until failure. When you can really see the girl struggling.

Some of my favourite clips have been the Ben Bilmem game show (I've still got no idea what they are playing for, but its fun to watch).

I'd really like to see more like this though.

Yeh they do... Not sure why I like that kind of lift so much. Perhaps partly because they can stop at any moment, but chose to push through the pain.

Very few videos like this.

i dont understand the "Ben Bilmem Esim Bilir" , how so many girls can lift cradle lift for few min ... maybe they selecting girls only from gym , and even then its strange , some girl lift fat husband for more than 5min ????!?!?!?
