Losing weight to make L&C easier?

Hi all,

It strikes me that as men, it would probably be easier for the ladies to lift us if we weighed a bit less ;-)

A buddy of mine recently made a weight loss course -- seems he lost 20lbs in 90 days without any rigorous dieting or exercise -- and he's trying to get the word out there about it, so I figured this might be a reasonable place to share it. Apparently the first 10 minutes are free to view, and the price for the whole thing is currently half off:

losing weight

I have found an exercise that is great for losing weight. The exercise is called Push-a-way. You push away from the table. :LOL

I always found it interesting that a lot of people here are so heavy, but don't shed the pounds for it, especially since being overhead lifted is a carnal desire on here.

I don't visit the F/M side if things because I'm not being lifted like that, but would certainly be interested in hearing an explanation from a heavy why they choose not to shed the pounds (assuming they are in a physical condition to). Maybe it's more satisfying that way, maybe being heavier suits their overall build, so shedding it for a fetish isn't worth it

Honestly?

I guess a lot has to do with the different things people get out of the fetish?

I find a lot of the L&C content, especially the pornhub type stuff, a little dull and boring because they're constantly finding the skinniest guys possible to star in them.

I just don't see why it's any big deal if a reasonably fit lady in her 20's or 30's is able to pick up one of those guys and hold him upside down or in her arms for a little while? It's not even a challenge if the guy is that thin!

Personally, I would be fine losing 15-20lbs. that I gradually gained over the last few years. But I wouldn't be motivated to go to any real lengths to lose it just because of the idea it might make L&C a little easier. If I reached a point where I needed to buy a size bigger in clothes -- that's probably what would be much more of a motivator for me. That has a real financial impact as well as the inconvenience of having to get a lot of new stuff.

But no ... I'd say most of the women I knew who I could talk about L&C things with told me they were easily carrying people who weigh at least 10-20lbs. more than my heaviest. One told me she used to carry around her 225lb. boyfriend "all the time", and another had an older, taller sister with a thick build who weighed about 235lbs. and she picked her up easily. I even had a next-door neighbor with a 15-16 year old daughter (black girl who weighed about 135) who would regularly put her older male cousin up on her shoulders, boosting him up from a deep squat, and walk around the yard with him. Her mom told me the cousin weighed 220.

I also wouldn't want to lose weight to be lifted more easily. It is more interesting to weigh less in this society.

My 100 kg (220 lbs) could lift most women who wanted to. I don't need to be lifted above my head, but I like it when they can lift me 20 to 30 cm in front.

two years ago I lost a lot of weight and dropped to 60 kg ... fortunately my gf like to lift nd carry me sometimes and at these time she liked most because was easier and she felt stronger. (she used to lift me when I weight 75 kgs!)
I remember she gave me infinite piggyback without get tired and one time she lifted me in cradle lift and can curl me a couple of times!! there weren't a good form curls but there were one of the most incredible lift I ever had!

Actually health should be the indicator for losing weight not plasure. (Or gaining weight if that is needed). An average guy of 177cm fallen to 50 Kilos could get some fantastic erotic overhead lifts. But does it worth it?
Just doing it for your fetish could become something dangerous.
But only being extra motivated with your health goals, through the thought of the future pleasure of your fetish, could really help.
On the other hand, what someone does with his own body is his own choice. (Even if he is only "pleasure oriented" and damages his health during this process - it's his decision).
What is disturbing is influencing others to gain (or lose) weight for your own pleasure. See fat fetish etc... (By using "you" I don't mean anybody specific. It's just generally meant)

I think I should consider doing it. I'm 110 kg and 184cms.

I did it for health reasons, but L&C will be a nice side benefit hah. I’ve gone from 90kg to 79kg in the last five months. I feel so much better, sleep better, etc. Mostly from losing fat, but I’ve also been getting stronger over the same time period, so there’s also some muscle gain. When I get back home (been overseas last 5 months) I’ll probably get a personal trainer and work on getting stronger. I also enjoy lifting women as much as I like getting carried, so getting a little stronger wouldn’t hurt.
