chin-ups
 

I know it's not everyone's "thing" -- but I've always been impressed by bigger girls who are strong enough to do pull-ups or chin-ups. It's tough finding women who can do a chin-up or a pull-up to begin with, and 90% of the time when you see one of them doing it? It's some skinny gymnast or aerobics instructor type where she doesn't have to pull much more than 100lbs.

This video is pretty old but it's a great example. Black gal does some chin-ups on a pull up bar in the doorway, nice and smooth, at a weight of probably 220lbs. or so.
