Shorter ones as its more impressive then. Tall ones are good too but you know they are going to have the upper hand when it comes to lifting you. Theres just something really hot about a shorter feminine girl being a lot stronger than you think

I usually like to be lifted by a girl who is a little shorter than me, but not a lot shorter than me (I’m 5’10”). So between like 5’5” and 5’9”

Average height is probably ideal. However, I wouldn't discriminate because if a girl can lift you then thats all that should matter
