Guess it's just passe. The age of the little rascals getting fucked by the big MILFs, while still popular, isn't a great novelty anymore. Not to mention that mainstream porn has a very widespread audience, with a large majority who would be put off by LnC. Closest thing that could bring it back would to bring back the shock factor by letting a younger, more petite girl or at least a smaller MILF to do the lifting. And even then, that would be nearly impossible to do because of reasons down below. Porn stars aren't stupid, they recognize when it's the same 7 people asking and begging them to do something only they would enjoy.
There's also the factor that these are mainstream porn stars who have to expand their portfolio doing many different things, and Lift and Carry is notoriously hard to do, so to risk injury for something they themselves don't even enjoy that much is just not worth it. Like always, that's what the session lifters are for, they train specifically for that kind of stuff. Nicolette may be tall and robust, but she's not an active session wrestler who gets kicks from overpowering guys on a regular basis.
