Three new lift&carry clips at my studio:

CALF RAISES & PIGGYBACK
Mysteria does calf raises with 92kg Alex sitting on her back and continues with piggyback around the room.

Alex and Mysteria have a lift&carry challenge.He lifts her over one shoulder and from the front.He is a big heavy guy.Can Mysteria do the same?

Mysteria does lift&carry session with 92kg guy.She squats him 25 times and walks around with him on her shoulders.
