She does indeed. She has done several scenes for Brazzers.com where she lifts males. They are "Brazzers New Years Eve Party" and "Hardcore High Notes". She also lifted (and did an extremely impressive standing 69) a male co-star in the scene "Ms Ballbuster" for realitykings.com. Finally, she lifts a guy in another scene for realitykings.com called "Rock Hard".
She is very strong and looks great while lifting.
I have not yet found any scenes where Valentina Nappi lifts anyone, male or female, however.
