We challenged our strong friend Sunny to some morning exercises on the beach. Despite she just weights 67 kg, she shows no problem by lifting an almost 30 kg heavier guy in different ways.
1- First, we asked Sunny for a 10 minutes piggyback with Daniel without making any stop. She began the challenge with confidence, walking fast on the sand and giving jumps to Daniel on her back. However, she became tired and reduced intensity to reach the proposed mark. She had a hard time, but she succeed!
2- The second part of the video is an airplane lift proposed by Sunny. She took Daniel on her legs without difficulties and she started making squats like he is nothing on her. Daniel feared he may fall, but Sunny reached to grip him well and sustained his big body for more than 3 minutes without stop.
3- Next, Sunny showed her powerful arms by giving Daniel cradles and front lifts on the beach. This part was short (3 minutes) but very intense, with Sunny giving lot of squats and walks.
Finally, we asked Sunny for a long donkey stand with Daniel on the middle of her back. Daniel enjoyed a very comfortable sit mounting this strong girl. But for her was not that easy. Daniel is very heavy and he made continuous little jumps to sabotage Sunny while she was trying to hold him on. Despite that, she managed lifting Daniel body up and down several times. This was a truly strength test! There are two attempts (6 minutes in total).
Daniel's height and weight: 177 cm - 95 kg
Sunny's height and weight: 172 cm – 67 kg
