Hi im Gio
38yrs old and i live in the Netherlands
I have met the requirements(i hope. If not pls correct me)
I choose the forum because i love lift&carry.
Especially FF and MF lifts.
Crotchlifts and overheads are my favorite but im a fan of some cradles also.
