It depends, sometimes it is pretty frequent, like she will just pick me up, or tell me to hop on her back, every day for a week straight. Other times there is a big dry spell and there won't be any lifts. Depends how frequently I am seeing her, and I guess if she feels like lifting or not.
Also ya I would say al your gf's seem pretty damn strong as well.
