Hi everyone,

Keeping with the 19 year old theme, here's another athlete I've shot with that blew me away with her strength. She's only 5'3", 109 lbs. and was able to do a variety of lifts for good amounts of time. I hope you'll check out this video on my site and show her support!

She's 5'4", 125 lbs...very strong for her size as she was able to get me high up in a series of bodyslams, did OTS's, cradles, bearhugs, and more with ease.
