Default A question about squats and shoulder rides

Lets say a woman can squat 135 lbs, does that mean she can give a shoulder ride to a 135 weighing person? Is it harder or easier?

I'm not sure but it would probably be harder because it's easier to balance the bar on your shoulders

I would say easier to give a shoulder ride. Simply holding the weight on shoulders with the legs locked out is easier than squatting the weight.

If she can do real squats (for approved in competition it's at least hip joint below knee joint) she can give a shoulder ride.

That's a good point, I was thinking about if she'd squat the person too
