I noticed about a year ago that I don't have to join any of those l & c related groups, because I'll see enough lifts performed by my favorite hotties by just becoming their fan. For example Adrianne Curry and Jenny Pacey aka Enigma from the Gladiator UK are frequent publishers of lifts (either ff or fm).

I am on facebook but won't join any lift and carry groups mainly that I don't want to have my friends ands family know about it. I like it but don't obess about it and won't knock anyone here for liking it. Some stuff are meant to be kept private

Seriously though, I agree with everyone else when they say that facebook links you to this and I'd rather not have everyone pointing me out and chuckling about it. I wouldn't say I'm ashamed of L&C, I just can't be bothered to explain it to anyone. I have to admit that taking my pal's advice and joining a forum relevent to my preference has been a very reassuring move. Incidentally, thanks guys.
