Based on grip strength results, it seems that German women are probably among the strongest females on average.

It has more so to do with hand/palm length. Longer hands grip better than shorter ones (that and if you take 2 women of different heights and average builds then the taller one would likely have a greater muscle volume than the shorter one).

All of this really makes me wonder how powerfully average-build yet long handed women like Uma Thurman can grip. I would guess that she would grip around 50 kg per hand even without extra training.

That could be. That theory may be true in certain circumstances, but I do think that taller women tend to be stronger than shorter women. I don't think that hand length or hand width accounts for all of the grip-strength differences. For instance, the taller older women are stronger than the shorter younger women, but this pattern stops after they reach a certain age.
