Default Spotting girls who can lift

Can you spot girls who can lift easily. I think girls having thick legs can lift easily and girls with thin legs might have difficulty in lifting their partner. What do you think? Also if anyone else have any trick to spot would love if you can share.

I was shocked when a girl who in a private house was called a baby girl was able to lift me with my 100 kg without any problem. Very slim woman with quite thin legs. I have seen women with thin legs lift men over 100 kg. I've also seen women who weighed 100 kg or more and couldn't lift me. Technology is also important.

So true. I've had very strong fitness trainers say they didn't think they could lift my 90+kgs (roughly 200 lbs) and wouldn't try because they thought they might hurt themselves.

I've also had girls half my weight, skinny girls who may not even work out, lift me. And not just an inch or two off the ground. Cradles in some cases. Attitude is so key, as I've said before in these boards. For example:

Exactly right. I've dated women who were plus sized, playful & who outweighed me by 30 or more pounds say i'm too heavy for them. But I constantly come across pics of 120 pound women picking up 150 pound+ guys who make it look effortlessly. I can understand when a session girl decides to place a limit on bodyweight to avoid injuries but I can't help but feel like some women (regular and sessioners) are physically capable but just not confident enuff in themselves to even try.

I've been lifted by over 100 girls during the past year and a half alone. My weight across that time has ranged between 195 lbs. and close to 230. The girls who've lifted me are almost always smaller to average sized girls because I don't seek out lifts by bigger girls. It just doesn't interest me.

My experience has taught me that pretty much every gal is capable of performing a basic lift on a guy my size, even if it's just a bearhug that barely gets you off the ground for a second or two.

Of all the girls who tried to lift me over the past year and a half, all succeeded except maybe two or three, and that was mostly because their technique was awful.

That really surprised me. I didn't expect that to be the case. It's almost spoiled me, actually. I'm so sure these smaller to average sized girls can lift me, I'm actually disappointed by the rare girl who fails.

If I may ask, how did you get so many girls to lift you up?

If you look at my posts in the Real Experiences section, I cover it all there.

i have been following your thoughts. i think almost all people have more strength than they think. to develop this strength the lifter need to be aware of the own body. the strength arises in the head. we all know how strong people can be in threatening situations because hormones are released in greater quantities. the strength of will is decisive for how strong a man or woman is. when it comes to lifting and carrying, there are other factors too.
self-confidence, talent to concentrate strength
clear movement sequences of lifter and liftee
the ability to use the strength at the right moment to make lifts, change positions and more.
to be the lifter as a woman also means doing a role reversal.
you also need a partner who can be lifted and carried well and thus makes the positions possible. this is not a question of the weight of the liftee. sometimes the liftee is twice as heavy as the person carrying it and moves well and helpfully. but there are also light liftees that make it difficult for the lifter because the body doesn't know to move.
there are women who you absolutely cannot tell what they are capable of, just as there are men like that.
here it is the willpower that is decisive, in addition to strength and experience. when a slim and petite woman successfully lifts and carries her much heavier partner and realizes that it is fun, she experiences a positive sense of achievement. we all like that, don't we? besides, it is a good feeling to be admired, especially by your partner or husband.
