I had an L&C Session with a local mistress in NYC on Friday night. She also put me in headscissors and other types of scissors. I felt like I was being choked.

I woke up Saturday morning and since then my voice has been raspy and hoarse. I don't sound like myself, I can't yell. I'm worried!

Has anyone experienced this after a session? I'm a hypochondriac and worried she damaged something somehow. But I'm hoping this will get better on it's own within another 24 hours.

What should I do?

3 options:

1) Wait it out a day or two and see if it improves

2) Go to the hospital and tell the truth about what activities you participated in

3) Go to the hospital and make up a story about how you got injured.

Not trying to worry you or even predict what it is but should have it looked at.
Tell them you and your brother/cousin were horsing around wrestling.

There are so many branches of L&C if you think about it. F/M L&C could eventually branch off to mixed wrestling, D/S, etc. I'm not at all surprised that there are fans of leg scissor chokes among that audience.
