Lifts until failure
My favourite bit of lift and carry is the lifts that happen until failure. When you can really see the girl struggling.
Some of my favourite clips have been the Ben Bilmem game show (I've still got no idea what they are playing for, but its fun to watch). I'd really like to see more like this though. |
