Default Losing weight to make L&C easier?

Hi all,

It strikes me that as men, it would probably be easier for the ladies to lift us if we weighed a bit less ;-)

A buddy of mine recently made a weight loss course -- seems he lost 20lbs in 90 days without any rigorous dieting or exercise -- and he's trying to get the word out there about it, so I figured this might be a reasonable place to share it.
