Would it be rude of me to say that posts and clips of flexing and posing etc should be removed because ITS A FLAMING LIFT AND CARRY FORUM!
However, bless the enthusiasts of muscular women (always eternally greatful of anyone that likes us) but there are some fab other forums to post those clips and pics on.....................there is a place for everything and here is the domain of the lovleyness of lift and carry plus it being bloody fun!!!!
