weight 143.3lb (65kg) and 1.78cm, never a woman lifted me but I really want that, any advice???

If you're 143 lbs. pretty much any average gal can lift you. I hover around 200 (probably between 205 and 210 right now) and small girls who don't even work out can give me a basic lift like a front lift or bearhug.

Every girl who's attempted to lift me has been able to, even if it's just a few inches off the ground. Attitude is key. If they think they can, they probably can.

You underestimate the women. I weigh 100 kg and most of the women who tried could even lift me.

Maybe I'm from Asia. Many women here don't even work out, which is a shame.
