My absolute favorite is above the shoulder lift where the liftee is placed in a horizontal manner across the shoulders of the lifter.

Piggyback ride and cradle. Piggyback because in my opinion is the easiest way to lift someone and almost every girl can do it with an average man. Cradle is a way harder than piggyback but you can really feel her strength or struggle (depends on the girl) and that's amazing for me.

I like cradle carry, and then the front carry where the man's crotch is in her chest..

My favorite way to lift and carry a woman is over the shoulder. The only ways I've been lifted by a woman was when I used to do jujitsu and women were able to do the martial arts throws on me. And as mentioned on another thread, a friend of mine to a bear hug lift on me.

I would like to experience being lifted and carried over a woman's shoulder though.

I like side hip carry which is most embarrassing kind of lift and difficult to find videos for.

I would say a front straddle. It just seems like such a role reversal to me, and it’s great for making out.
