Hi. Can the rules be stated more clearly. I used to be a member of this forum in its infancy back in 2008, I've recently returned but it appears things have got more complicated. I'd love to understand what I need to do so I can contribute fully

If you already have an old account, we recommend that you reactivate that one rather than starting with a new account and no history. Open a thread in the Help Desk forum and we'll take it from there.

Also note that the system will automatically deactivate an a working account if the email address is later changed to an invalid address. It is impossible to have an account without a working email address. -dp
