The exercise in the video is quite easy and you can easily move large weights as you push backwards and not upwards. And this motion is not possible to transfer to a lift as it will be a push rather than a lift and you can't sit on the foot in this exercise.
The lift I was suggested to do is almost impossible to accomplish unless you arrange the lifters angel to a leaning position so she can push instead of press with the foot. But it could be possible in a machine but it will not be a "clean" lift. Quote:
