Which settings are you using? I tried with all capture plugins but have a lot of issue.

Well in the settings under encoding I use the x264 encoder with quality balance of 10 and a max bitrate of 2000.
In the settings under video I've set the FPS to 60, but depending on your system a lower setting might be better.

As source I use "Monitor Capture" - and when you right click it and go to its properties you can check the box "Sub-Region" so you can select a part of the screen to record and not the whole thing.
After you've set the region, be sure to click on "Set base resolution" on the bottom of that window, then OK.

With those settings I make those recordings. Hope it helps. :)

Your videos are definitely the best out there. The videos definitely show great feats of genuine strength. I particularly like Young Powerlifter 1 and Super Girl 1. How tall are both of these girls? Will you be shooting more videos with them?

Sorry for late answer, I'm abroad and don't got internet so often. Thanks for kind words. There is video coming with Supergirl in a few weeks. Young powerlifter will return when we can meet for a new shoot. Probably spring 2018. Both gorls are around 172-173 cm tall.
