In which countries lift and carry is most popular?
 

In your experience, in which countries or among what nationalities, lift and carry is more popular?
I have used regular search engines to search with relevant key words in different languages. In my experience, northern european or nordic countries do not have many lift and carry fans. It seems that this is most popular in India, and the middle east.

There are many sessiongirls and content creators in north america. But those are ethnically diverse countries. So a better comparison can be made in Europe and Asia.
