Oddly enough, Amazing L&C has just had another update. Two clips, each one focusing on just one style of lift (something I wish we'd see more of from other producers, personally).
They had one other update about five months ago, ending a 2 year hiatus. I have not purchased any of them yet, but I might give one of the shoulder riding ones a try. The guys in the two new sets are not super skinny like a lot of their older videos, they are noticeable larger than the girls.
