Alexa lifts me on her shoulders for over 12 minutes without putting me down:

This clip is the POV version of prev shoulder ride. It was too long for my GoPro and it gets out of battery at 9:40

And one regular clip with red haired girl Krystal (30yo/174cm/52kg) with different lifts and lapsitting:
