I guess if the twins (and some of the others) have made this many videos, they must enjoy doing them at least on some level.
If I could make an inquiry, have you ever tried leg press lifts with one leg ? It's one of my favorites. I had a L&C session a few weeks ago and the girl did it three times with me (see below), probably my favorite part of the session! Don't see it in too many videos, though.
