I think there is now some acceptance for men wanting to be the little spoon or being held etc. Hopefully, someday the lift and carry idea will become pretty mainstream.
Until then, I do think it's important to find a woman who is kind-hearted and nurturing. Many women just want to make their man happy, and it's also an ego thing. My wife, for instance, had no idea about this when we met, but she is totally into lifting me now and holding me in her lap too. It's a pride thing for her too. Flattering for her to feel that I shared this secret with her, and that I get so turned on when she holds me like that.
