At school I was carried (piggyback in physical education lessons) by girls but
did not think much about it. A couple of girls liked to lift and carry some boys.
That was nothing special for us, even when we were 12 or 13 years old.
It turned to be more interesting when I was working out at a gym at the
age of 20 and 21, respectively. I was able to lift the women too, then.
We were lifting each other (cradle and front lift) quite often. Even women
who did not do any strength sports wanted to lift me (and actually did so),
to show how strong they were without ever touching a barbell,
because I looked rather muscular back then. But that time is long gone -
20 years or so.
Generally, in my opinion, the best thing in Lift and Carry is a woman and
a man lifting/carrying each other.
