Taller is more preferred by me to be honest, since you know they will be able to do it effortlessly.
Some short girls who do gym regularly with a solid body structure are also amazing. :P
In short, as long as the person is able to lift me without struggling much and even flex her strength a bit while carrying me is a turn on.

personal preference is to be lifted by someone in the same physique as me. definitely wouldn't want shorter women though.

I like all shapes and sizes but since I’m tall and skinny, some of the most effective lifters in my experience have been girls who are short and thick.
