Well in the settings under encoding I use the x264 encoder with quality balance of 10 and a max bitrate of 2000.
In the settings under video I've set the FPS to 60, but depending on your system a lower setting might be better.

As source I use "Monitor Capture" - and when you right click it and go to its properties you can check the box "Sub-Region" so you can select a part of the screen to record and not the whole thing.
After you've set the region, be sure to click on "Set base resolution" on the bottom of that window, then OK.

With those settings I make those recordings. Hope it helps.
