Need some advice

I have just posted this in L&C discussions, but then realised there were more people in this page, so re-posting, admin feel free to delete one of the threads!

Hi guys,

Unfortunately it has got to the point where this fetish is affecting my life. I ended my last relationship because I was sneaking behind her back getting lifts from people, and felt guilty (I made excuses to myself why I was breaking up with her at the time, but looking back this was the reason.) It has also got to the point where I struggle to go through more than a few days (at most) without master bating to lift and carry material.

I have tried to get over this through will power alone, but it hasn't worked, so wondering if any of you have been through something similar or could offer some advice!

A little background on me, i'm 23, and generally doing pretty well in life apart from this. I have just graduated from college with 2 degrees and 2 minors, considering doing a masters, whilst playing a high level of semi-pro football/soccer. I tend to do pretty well with girls, but i've been blowing a lot of girls off recently because of the ex mentioned above.

Sorry to be a downer on this great site! Any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

You need not worry about it. We all have gone through this in our life. Do not try to overcome this fetish as it will not work. If you like it then so be it. There are other things in life and lift and carry is one of those. Just keep enjoying this fetish as you enjoy other things in life.

thanks for your comment! but i definitely feel this is something that is negatively affecting my life, and whilst maybe i don't want to completely stop enjoying it, i definitely need some help getting it under control!

Did you tell your last gf about your fetish? If you did then maybe you'd feel less guilty about getting sessions. And besides, getting sessions or meeting girls to get lifts isn't cheating on your gf or anything unless your sleeping with em too.

As for the second part you'd probs be doing that every few days or so to porn or other material if you didn't have this fetish so you shouldn't be too concerned about it.

I'm not sure she would have felt that way about it haha, and as i was getting off to the memories later i feel it was

thats true, however its become something i think about every day, and i am having to really try not to masterbate multiple times a day to it, which is obviously unhealthy.. I've also noticed its affecting me when i go back with girls after nights out etc.

Honestly I'm in a similar position to you, except I don't play semi-pro football and am a senior in university still. But yea I'm thinking about it way to much as the years go by.
But the having sessions while having a gf thing never bothered me b/c it isn't cheating on her or anything.

This is who you are. Embrace it. Get as many lifts as you can while you're that young, because the opportunities become less with age.

No need to worry about it. You will not automatically become a porn addict from having this desire. Embrace it and get lots of lifts!
