For me, I believe it's that someone else is in complete control of you. They're strong enough to decide if you fall, stay, or move somewhere else.

It sometimes breaks a taboo. I had a taboo against girls lifting me when I was a boy. It was both embarrassing and enjoyable when it happened, though. Of course, it didn't happen much.
