Yes, sorry, the VPN was on and there was a reason related with this website.

Now I am writing whilst not using VPN.

Initially, that reason was and still is that this forum seemed/seems to be not working without VPN in my region. How can I access without VPN then? It only seemed that the website did not work, in reality though the website is just VERY slow to boot any page here. This is as much as I could tell.

Still, the problem seems to be solved once the VPN is on anyways, the reason could be anything.

Hope this contributes to the issue and ends the local misunderstanding. Sorry again for the trouble!

I have a question about security that determines VPN usage.

Previously, I did state that I was using VPN but that is not the full story. Thinking back, I did turn it off right before the posting the first post on this request thread. So, after seeing the question about VPN I naturally thought that it just did not turn off completely and I had to log in without VPN. That's why I wrote a new post here on a completely different device that does not have a VPN at all.

Well, I might just be too impatient but is there still a problem? If so, then would it mean that something else might be causing the problem? For example, secure DNS? Hope there is no such complicated issue and I would get some guidance. Sorry for trouble.
