Buddy carry in crossfit with a girl?
Have you ever been that lucky? How can I make this come true? |

Buddy carries as a part of CrossFit are less common than one would hope. Got close once, but the group leader ultimately decided to pair with me and told the girl to join a group of three

CrossFit, despite being a genuinely great form of exercise, is often looked down upon as it is too intense, or because people don’t subscribe to the pull-up or muscle ups they do.
As a result, it’s not that common online either. If you type in partnercarry or buddycarry on the search engine, there will be some F/F results, but mostly M/M or M/F. F/M is a unicorn
