When lifting myself you can't beat the feeling of it being a strong lady holding you with little effort.
But for videos and photos of other lifts the more normal the woman the better. A normal lady giving a shoulder ride is my personal favourite. |

I would say i like strong women but not muscular. I do not like ripped women where you can clearly see their muscles. I like women with thick thighs and strong legs, where you can just about see their strong quads as they are covered in a layer of fat.

Definitely prefer "normal" women. Some muscle is okay but not ripped or on steroids. The best is just someone who is thick all around.

I like slim, but athletic for sure - looks like a pretty popular opinion. Curves are good, but not excessive muscle or fat. I used to prefer shorter, but at this point, build matters a lot more than height for whatever reason.

I prefer strength trained muscle, as generally the women who train to become strong are more likely to be able to lift you, with relative ease.

I have found that slim ladies can lift me easier than heavier women.

A strong and muscular woman, clearly more buff than I. Also, I would like to challenge myself and make this happen outside, in front of people. Does anyone have experiences of this?
