Regular normal woman. Better with beautiful good looking and gorgeous (wearing a wide long skirt).

Think athletic and muscular Koreans on Olympic basketball teams or Olympic volleyball teams. That's enough muscle, and they don't look like juiced female bodybuilders. I'm fine with female bodybuilders if they're not manly in any way. Tall fitness models are also good.

I like a regular athletic woman to do the lifting. To me it's just more impressive looking when she's lifting someone the same size or larger than her.

I love normal looking women, the surprise element makes it more fun. Can have visible muscle tone, but overly muscular isn't really my thing.

Strong enough that she at least seems like she could lift & hold me up for up to a minute. Considering i'm 6'2 and 90kg.
