Front lift, shoulder lift and fireman. But my dream is to be naked and lifted upside down. My ex gf is 178 cm and about 85 kilos. She lifted me very easily, but can't do upside down lifting.

It’s essentially more of an intense back lift.

You go behind someone, wrap your arms around their waist making sure to pin their arms at their sides and then you lift them in one motion.

My favorite lifting method is the front carry. I like this the most because it is like a piggyback ride but I can still see the lifter's face.
