Clips4sale video recovery

Does anyone know what to do when they have a video file from Clips4Sale lost? I tried to contact the customer support over there and they were less then helpful.

When you buy video at clips4sale, you get an email id of producer. you can directly contact producer. mention sales order number when you contact producer.
