Question about clips4sale and Lora Cross video
 

A few months ago I bought a lift and carry video by Lora Cross and Flavio on clips4sale. I didn't download it because I can watch it on the platform. But that video was recently removed from the platform without advance notice. I contacted the support team but they said they couldn't help because it's the producer who taken down the video.

I paid for the video but I don't have access to it any more, which doesn't make any sense to me. How can I get back the video? Is Lora Cross also on this forum?
