Recently, an expansive video was done starring Liz Lightspeed and Jennifer Thomas, where Liz lifts both Jen and a man. Liz is showing Jennifer some new lifts, and she tries a few of them out on both Liz and the man. The girls show how strong and creative they are in this one.
