Dressed in a tank top and jeans, Rachel is ready to challenge herself with her most difficult lifting to date. Each lift is performed while walking down a long wooden boardwalk and done one right after the other. Rachel performs piggyback rides, fireman's carries, shoulder sits and front staddles with the much larger males with lifts lasting between 1 and 2 minutes in duration.
Rachel even performs a 50 yard dash as she runs with a 220 pound man on her back! Rachel truly pushes herself to her limit in this video. Enjoy!
