Dear Rachel I would like to add one thing on long duration lifts as I initiated this discusion. When I said long duration lifts I had in mind lifts lasting for around 3 - 4 minutes. I never thought of 30 minutes or so at a stretch. I think to start with you can have 3 - 4 minutes lift. By this you can have 3 - 4 different type of lifts in your 12 - 15 minutes video.
